Recommended for unmodified Diesel models or for drivers who want a subtle improvement in driving feel without compromising comfort.A small increase inNVH, usually at idle, should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the engine/transmission and chassis. The harder the material used, the greater the NVH transmitted. Complimenting products such as PFF5-220 and PFF5-225, our newPFF5-224 Upper Engine Mount Insert is designed to fill the void in the OE rubber upper engine mount to restrict movement.The original rubber engine mount softens and perishes with age, losingitsability to dampen effectively andpromoting unwanted engine movement. By fitting our new insert, it acts as a buffer by restricting movement within the bush thus improving throttle response, sharpeninggear changes, and reducingwheel hop for improved traction.The bush requires no pressing or burning, simply peen the insert into position and refit the mount!- NOTE: Price is for CAR KIT, NOT per bush… Powerflex price their bushes individually, but we have combined the quantities to make it simple!
